Have been recognized 15 types of "origin" DOC and 5 DOCG  that offers an additional guarantee.

We organize "TASTING CLASSES" by a Professional Sommelier qualified at the National Level and Speaker at "Sommelier Courses". Giovanni Elce Fabbretti Sommelier, Trainer and Coach helps foodies to recognize the characteristics of the wines and their combination with the food so they can make the most of their tasting dinner and socializing.

Loving Marche proposes real "Classroom Training Courses" and "Teaching Laboratories in the cellar" by which you will learn which food pairs well with each type of wine during your tastings, as each wine’s flavour is enhanced when accompanied by the right type of food. During your tour, you will learn how to tell the difference between the multiple varieties of wines tasted during your trip, as well as learning the proper techniques to taste wine.


The "FULL-IMMERSION Tasting Courses" lasts a day and includes a "Classroom Training course" by 3 or 4 hours, a lunch in a typical restaurant by creating the right combinations between wine and food like cheese or meat and a Winery guided tour for tasting red or white wine.


The "WEEK-END Tasting Courses" lasts two days and includes: one day dedicated to "Classroom Training Courses" by 6 or 8 hours, a special lunch in the Cellar where you can create the right pairing of wine with food, meat, cheeses or other Le Marche typical products, one day dedicated to "Teaching Laboratories" in the Winery with a guided tour from the Vineyard to the Barrel and a suitable and comfortable Room for your one night stay.
